Members/Guests of Fairview Pool, upon opening on June 12th, we will need to adhere to all conditions listed in this addendum.These conditions are non-negotiable, as imposed by the city of DDO. Failure to comply can jeopardize our ability to remain open and will result in the member/guestbeing asked to leave.These guidelines will change according to the situation with Covid-19. These guidelines will be posted in the entrance and updated as things progress. Having said that, we do expect these conditions to loosen in the coming weeks / months.

• The pool will allow a maximum of people on deck at a time. Anyone wishing to come to the pool will need to book a 2 hour time slot online. You must register prior to coming. Walk-ins, even if you are a member, will not be allowed unless space is available. Once your two hour time slot is over, you will be required to leave the pool grounds, unless the maximum limit of guests has not been reached, in which case you will be permitted to stay.
• We will be offering contactless swimming lessons, swim team, synchro, diving, aquafit, Leaders, Jr Leaders, Bronzeand Mom & Tot. Water polo will not be permitted as there is contact. There will not be any scheduled events, gatherings or social programs.
• Guests will not be permitted.
• The baby pool will be closed until further notice.
• The change rooms will be closed.
• The bathrooms will be open, subject to a maximum number of people at a time.
• The Cookie Monster will be open, but will only be selling pre-packaged goods.The water fountain will be available for bottle refills only.
• Social distancing will be strongly enforced. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children stay 6 feet away from people they do not live with. This is not the responsibility of the lifeguards or the volunteers.
• Upon arrival for your scheduled time slot, you must sign in at the entrance. There will be a separate exit area. Upon leaving, you must leave by the exit.
• Please do not come to the pool if you or anyone in your family are showing signs of Covid-19, or if you or anyone in your family have tested positive for the virus. Upon sign-in, you will be questioned as to the health of you and your family.
• Should you or anyone in your family test positive for Covid-19, please notify the pool immediately. We will be keeping a log of everyone entering the pool, so we can notify other families who were present on the day(s) you visited the pool, and were asymptomatic.
• There will be hand sanitizer upon sign-in. Please sanitize your hands each time you enter the pool.
• There will be disinfectant spray bottles available to you. Please spray down the picnic table you will be using upon arrival, and again, prior to leaving. NOTE: Please allow to dry completely before having any contact, especially with food.
• There will be arrows on the ground, showing which direction to walk. Please follow them.
• The 2 outdoor showers on opposite ends will be open for use. The middle showers are not to be used.

Due to limited space, registration is only confirmed once the membership has been activated. Priority will be given to all 2020 members.

Fairview Pool reserves the right to make any modifications to this Addendum should the need arise.
